This isn't just a "some guy died" story to them. He was their personal friend and colleague for years/decades and he went down right in front of a lot of them there at the office. If they want to take a couple freaking days to work through that then they can go right ahead. You have a computer, you have internet access... getting political news isn't a difficulty for you. Get over it.
Though it's been a lot shittier since it became the "All Timmeh" channel. But it still beats the shit out of FAUX, AOLTimeCNNWarner, or the MicKKKey Mouse Club at ABC.
7. Unlike everyone else, Tweety didnt get to do his personal tribute to Tim.
Tim was Tweety's idol. He was away when Tim died and only spoke on Sunday on his show and briefly on friday with Keith (sounding like a total d-bag too). Now hes said his peace, and tomorrow will be back to normal. If that bothers you, you can always watch Wolf Blitzer.
Watch him be even MORE critical of Dems to appear Russert-like "Fair". Once the job has gone to another, he MAY be a bit more centrist.
Although I always thought Russert went harder after Dems given his background as a Moynihan intern/admirer to squash critics from the right to prove he was "neutral".
