Latest Chick Magnet - An Obama Bumper Sticker

My husband was driving home from work yesterday in his Prius with two Obama bumper stickers on the back. A car with two attractive young ladies pulls up along side him, and start yelling at him. He rolls down the window (expecting a question about the Prius, which he gets a lot). They complement him on his Obama bumper stickers! Now, if you look up the word "nerd" in the dictionary, you'll find a picture of my husband beside the definition. This is the first time that he's EVER had two hot chicks pull up beside him and yell something complementary.

So guys... if you want to go cruisin' for babes, put an Obama bumper sticker on your car.

If he leaves me for a younger, skinnier beer heiress.

Well, I do, but I make more money than he does.

Obama stickers aren't going to attract chicks--"hot" or otherwise. :(

But I'm putting them on, anyway! :)

...high-five me for supporting Obama ~ one even thanked me for not feeling like I had to go for the white woman. Those guys were so happy I almost cried.

I don't drive and live in a small town so I can only encounter fellow Obama supporters here but as time gets nearer to Nov..who knows what all the excitement will generate! :bounce:

...at cars with Obama stickers and hugging each other on the street! I've already had plenty of people toss a thumbs up or a big smile when I'm walking around town with a button on. It just feels so damn good to be hopeful again after all that's happened!
