You probably didn't miss me, but my family was on a nice long vacation, and I didn't have much time to listen to the news. I heard that Hillary endorsed Obama, as did Gore, and Tim Russert passed away, and I just saw that McClellan was testifying?!

What else did I miss?

Oh - and how is fundraising going? Us vs. McCain and DNC vs RNC - I know I can look it up -= but if you've got it on the tip of your fingers, please help out- from the thread titles - I have a lot of catching up to do!

(On edit: what I did see - TONS of Obama stickers everywhere! and I honestly didn't see one McCain one. I did, however, see a HUGH!1 Ron Paul billboard in the desert.)

In frivolous news: Michelle Obama was on the View, and the dress she wore is making waves with fashionistas everywhere. Elizabeth whatsherface was civil to Michelle's face but talked smack behind her back on Hannity. Laura Bush consoled Michelle Obama re: "really proud of my country" quote and Michelle wrote her to thank her. Recipegate part deux: Cindy McCain steals cookie recipe from Hershey's bag. Cindy also talks smack about Michelle's "really proud of my country" comment but is seeming to backtrack from it a bit.
