2. Alerts aren't going to get it done.
It will be an "event".

Mid-September is my guess.

I think we should all expect a terra attack sometime before the election, orchestrated by you know who.

The powers that be don't want Obama to be president.

13. I wouldn't be surprised if that happens. But it won't work. The American people will see thru it.

3. McBushCain acts as though he is tired of it already
McCain doesn't seem to have much interest in the presidential campaign.

4. Do not get your hopes up. Don't get complacent.
Michael Dukakis' lead over Poppy was two points more than Obama's lead is at this minute.

Always remember:

Run, work, and fight like you're 20 points down, even when you're 15 points up.

10. Lower gas prices won't do it...
Unless they close the 'Enron loophole' the speculators will win... They are buying up storage space to hold oil until the price goes up...

I DO agree about some horseshit 'terra' situation... They even tried to float one this week, but it got laughed off...

19. That's a fundamentally ridiculous idea...
in the current political environment, with Bush's approval rating lower than Nixon's at its lowest, with the economy tanking, with food and fuel costs skyrocketing, with the continuing war in Iraq massively unpopular...what Republican isn't going to get trounced in November?

11. Woo hoo!
I refuse to curb my enthusiasm even though the corporate media is falling all over itself to say this poll doesn't count.

Obama ahead like this before he even picks a VP

16. Great
We need to work our asses off so that Obama wins in November. He is doing much better than Kerry or Gore were at this time in 2004 and 2000.

20. The poll has a small sample size, so we need to still work hard as if he were behind.
I'm actually very nervous about it. While I welcome the news, I fear that people will become complacent. I fear the onslaught of more media attacks and Wingnut smears. I also fear for Obama's life and the well-being of his family.

The Repukes aren't going down like that, ya'll. Something major is afoot.

My prediction: expect Dumbya to capture bin Laden; God-forbid we attack Iran; suddenly gas prices decline drastically; there's another Rev. Wright or Muslim-related smearfeast.

The Repukes aren't done yet.

We must work much harder....
