4. Yes, blonde
The folks of Cedar Rapids. Great attitudes. Despite losing everything. They are truly great people. The conversations I've had.....

6. Obama, blonde!
Methinks, he understands! Governor Culver told him to stay away. So much respect for him here! We'll need him, soon!

actually work for us again!

Again, take care--and I'll kick this occasionally!

2. just to add insult to injury those who lost or will lose jobs
will also most likely lose health insurance because we are the only stupid country in the industrialized world where you must have a job to have insurance.

This is when the gravity of the devastation sinks in, and folks realize that they are helpless in their loss.

14. I want to bash Limpballs head in with a tire iron.....
For using you guys like a convenient prop, without ever acknowledging the hardships you face.
I've been living (until recently) in Kansas City, and I have many friends from Iowa.
According to RUSH, you're the salt of the earth - not like those "darkies" in 'Nawlins, who stood on street corners with their hands out.

Never detailing the damage and the devastation that you are now living with.
Only that you are white, and are dealing with this differently then those folks who suffered through Katrina's wrath.

Let's face it - Mother Nature decides to fuck with you, and your on your own under the Bush regime.
FEMA?
Yeah, right.

Our own government could give a shit if you live or you drown.

What a "compassionately conservative" leadership we have.

Motherfuckers.

All of sudden. Fuck Bush! We send a million everyday to Iraq. "We can't even back our own". In tears. A volunteer. Man!

16. I'm terrified for anyone caught in a natural disaster while Bush is president
The last major disaster I was in, Jimmy Carter was President. He arrived within the week, and help was there when it was needed.

For a "failure", he sure as hell could handle a natural disaster better than the smirking chimp ever has.

17. Kick because we are all We, the People, have anymore.
Amidst all of our rage, people are in the midst of tragedy and devastating loss.

Something to think about, because the government we expect to serve us in these situations has failed us ALL, yet again. It doesn't matter if you aren't a direct victim; we were once a country and our government acted on ALL of our behalf.

Until we suck the poison out of DC, that's the way it will remain, gang.
