Poll question: what red Deep South state is the most ripe for Obama's picking?
Leaving out Virginia and West Virginia since they're more mid-atlantic.

4. All depends on Bob Barr for those two
If Barr gains more support and Obama uses his money wisely there, he can certianly be competitive. Hell, even if he loses both, if he can get McCain to spend his limited cash there, he's golden. That'll be less money McCain can use in Colorado, NM, Ohio, and Penn.

Richardson can tilt Texas to Obama. Believe it or not Hillary can tilt Arkansas to Obama and help with some Southern states, and Tennesse is in play if Governor Bredesen or Al Gore get the nod. But North Carolina and Louisiana are definitely in play this year and may turn Blue.
