Why does it seem like The Page's schedule for Obama is always off?

Why does it seem like The Page's schedule for Obama is always off?
It says he is speaking at 10 am EST, and yet I don't think he has yet.

He's been wrong before, such as with the Unity event timing.

1. Have you ever worked on a campaign?
If you had you'd know that it is hard to keep on schedule. Add to this, Obama's popularity and the crowds he's drawing and it is harder to both get to one place to another. Heck, Hillary was late to her concession because of crowds.

2. I wonder if the times are actually set for the location - i.e. MO is on central time, but they
always just put it out on The Page as Eastern Time? I'm not sure but it seems like that happens frequently.

I never could find Kerry's schedule. I had to sign up on the RNC website to get it. On the Puke's site Kerry's schedule was on the front page. Now I can't find Obama's schedule on his site.

This just bugs me no end.
