Democracy. I think such a claim is the worst kind of overblown rhetoric against our nominee.

Furthermore, anyone who is upset that FISA's telecom immunity allegedly destroys the fourth amendment should realize that if their supposition is correct then the fourth amendment has been dead for several years already.

1. Yeah, the drug war pretty much did in the 4th amendment when SCOTA
allowed seizures of property without due process.

3. All rights have been dead for years. The ones we still hold we do so only by permission
because the government hasn't bothered to take them yet.

but if he supports FISA and endless wars in the Middle East, he will then bear part of the responsibility.

And if the fourth amendment is indeed dead, then he has an obligation to return our country to the rule of law, not make matters worse by allowing the government undue search and seizure.
