Media buzz aided anti-Kerry effort :Boston Globe 8-21-04
As the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth previewed another ad to air next week, a survey released yesterday said their first controversial attack on John F. Kerry's war record reached more than half the nation with the help of a media buzz created by talk radio and cable news.....

And yesterday, the Kerry campaign filed a complaint against Swift Boat Veterans for Truth with the Federal Election Commission, claiming the group is illegally coordinating inaccurate ads with the Bush campaign

This appears on page A3. This is another example of the "liberal" bias of Kerry's hometown paper. Why they don't just come out an endorse Bush instead of hiding behind their alleged neutrality.

Here's how to complain:

2. I blame the media for allowing such allegations to be spread so rapidly.
Why don't I just say, "When I was in Texas in 1997, Governor George W. Bush made sexual advances on me and was seeking a homosexual relationship."

There right-wingers, prove that it is NOT true. That's how they make accusations. They lie, then force you to say that it isn't true.

3. I heard this same topic discussed on CNN yesterday
The anchor was asking someone, "But are these Swift Boat ads hurting Kerry?" And the guest (can't remember who but I think he was from the WSJ) said (paraphrasing) "Well, if it does, it was helped by all the free media it's been getting." And the anchor sort of shooke her head and said, "Yes it has."

4. You wouldn't belive the rotten photos of Kerry also.
One was of him jumping over a drainage ditch. Wow, that really showed him campaignin in, I belive, Ohio. Many complaints have been made to the ombudsman, to the point she ran a special article about it. However, it did not stop them.
