All are in play.

And any will be thrown under the bus for even the most fleeting political advantage.

3. You need ot check out KO's special comment on the Bill of Rights.
As of last year I think all but number four was gone! As of today...we do not the protection of the Bill of Rights. It is a very sad situation.

5. The Third, just because I'm pretty sure that in a poll of 100 Americans,
fewer than 5% would get it right.

7. To be fair, we have a lot of DUers who don't seem to much care about Amendment 2
There is a core of DUers who would just as soon outlaw and collect all privately owned firearms and ignore the 2nd Amendment.

8. Very true.

Edited to add: that particular position doesn't seem to change much depending on whether or not it is a Presidential election year, however.

9. I call BS on this
Sure DUers can't agree on what number 2 means. Many ignore the establishment clause, others the actual right enumerated. But I'm pretty sure every time the 2nd amendment gets DU play it generates a huge thread. So they clearly care about it.

10. And then again peaceniks like me are going to take lessons
on gun handling and get down to the business of being able to defend ourselves. Don't be so quick to lump us all together.
