My opinion: Obama will pick the best VP ever, because he has a lot of
time to think about it. I think Obama rocks, and has our best interests in his mind and at heart. Whoa, a president, who will be capable of carrying on a conversation? How novel!

1. No kidding. I've forgotten what it's like to have a President that can hold a
conversation above the level of 8th grade. College level will be heaven!!

5. Obama is so far above what we've had to deal with, it's
amazing. Now, to enlighten the country about how bad McSame is is the challenge.

9. If he keeps Phil Graham on the payroll it'll be pretty easy.....
And when Obama is elected, maybe reading actual books will come back into fashion again.

He responded to all of the criticism about his position on the new FISA law. He didn't ignore the criticism, he heard it and he answered it and explained his position. People may not have agreed with his reasoning but that doesn't make it less sound or less reasoned. I don't know if another in his shoes would have taken the time to respond and explain. :hi:

4. I hope he picks Hillary.
They look so comfortable together. Wouldn't it be quite a scandal if they hooked up? Like somehow during all this unity stuff they see parts of themselves that foster romantic interests ...

I don't know who his VP pick will be, but I can guarantee they won't shoot anyone in the face while in office.

13. Hmmm. My very wise, politically astute father
won't even mention the name 'Obama'. Now he's into Judge Judy. He has told me McCain isn't an option.

18. Hey Jo. How about something positive? I know you can do it.
You're a good dem who cares about issues. So what about it? I'd like to see something positive from you about Obama. I know you don't like the alternative.

19. It will be wonderful to have a president who doesn't make us
cringe at every turn with inappropriate jokes mangling of the English language. His VP pick will be the right one, for sure.
