Since a lawsuit was filed, can the bank records be subpoenaed?
I would bet that the "swiftLiars" have had a recent influx of cash ..Their phone records are important too.. The Bushies are always saying "no one was in contact" with anyone.. phone records would prove otherwise...

There is NO WAY on earth that people who once supported Kerry would all of a sudden "come together" and change their stories ./.in concert like they seem to have done..

Money changed hands..

1. I don't believe it's
a 'regular' lawsuit. Wasn't it a complaint with the FEC? I'm sure there are legal documents involved, but I don't think this is in the courts.

2. This complaint to the FEC will have little consequence
other than a very small one in the political debate. The practical result will be years of investigation and, if Kerry is elected, small fines for the perps. Everyone knows the FEC is toothless.
