Nader won't be on Va. ballot after petitions rejected

The State Board of Elections has rejected petitions by Ralph Nader's presidential campaign, denying the 70-year-old consumer activist a spot on the ballot in Virginia.

State elections officials say Nader campaign workers failed to meet written state requirements that signatures be grouped according to congressional district, and then by localities within each of the eleven districts.

4. Rasmussen latest has it W 49% Kerry 46%

I don't know if that has Nader in it or not. Either way it will be close, my wife and I are going to do everything we can to make it so.

2. Has anyone else noticed how haggard and pasty he looks these days?

I've seen some pix of him at recent functions, and he looks like rancid mozzarella cheese with a rat-hair toupee. I guess that's what happens when the Repubs feed on you without killing you.
