Neocon McCain Adivisor says Obama mirrors Bush's stubborness on war. *This is not from theonion*
In media call, McCain national security adviser Randy Scheunemann says Obama has an “ideologically driven commitment to withdraw at all costs” from Iraq.

Implicitly compares him to Bush: “I think the American people have had enough of inflexibility and stubbornness on national security policy.”

“We cannot afford to replace one administration that refused for too long to acknowledge failure in Iraq with a candidate who refuses to acknowledge success in Iraq.”

4. Seems like they are trying to get Obama to say the surge has been a success.
That way McCain can say he is right. Except that all the generals called for a large number of troops in Iraq and Rummy ignored them. McCain isn't a seer..he was just following what all the generals and battle plans had said for years before the War in Iraq started and for years after it started.

Seems to me Obama should point that out. That you don't get points (McCain) for stating the obvious (US needed more troops in Iraq).

5. This isn't the first time they've tried to say Obama is the one like Bush. What a joke.

6. Think someone will ask McCain....
"Do you agree with your national security advisor that President Bush is too 'inflexible and stubborn'"?

Soould do wonders for his support among Republicans.....
