2. Yup. SO much good news there.
I hope Obama's strategy is to go for a blow out. Forget 270.... I want 350. I want a freakin' landslide.

It's about the mandate. A mandate for massive change.

4. Too many people watch tv and the government propaganda is strong.
I don't believe it will be a landslide so I'm gonna canvass for Obama Saturday.

If we work hard enough, a landslide is achievable. Just add Florida to the current 325. Or NC and Missouri. We have a great candidate, and McSame is a bad candidate, with a bad set of issues stuck to him.

3. Hundreds attended Crash's townhall in KC, MO yesterday.
Shouldn't that have been a few thousand?

6. They will never get thousands to those yawn-fests.
Which is why McSame prefers "town halls". It's an allegedly legit event, but he does not need a lot of people to make it happen.

7. What I feel so confident about this time..is no one is taking anything
for granted. More than once we have gotten burned as a party, because we let out guard down, and did not keep pushing the fight. Not going to happen this time. :)

14. October is going to be ugly
But that's OK. Any fair minded Republican or Independent is going to see it for what it is -- a last desperate screech before the GOP lands on the ash heap of history.

15. I'm a little concerned about the Senate numbers..
Edited on Sat Jul-19-08 12:26 PM by polmaven
We need to have a cloture vote majority, so three more than showing.

We will hopefully not need a veto proof Senate, but where might we gain 3 more Senate seats?

Edit for speeelig!
