it not only affected is mental faculties, but the part of one's mind that controls the conscience as well.

2. Dole was in office during Vietnam
I had forgotten that. Of course he is going to smack Kerry. Kerry was making fools of Vietnam war supporters in the sixties. And Dole was one of them.

The Republicans have an AWOL President and this is the best this group can come up with. What a joke. Rove must be working overtime to make up these talking points. I wonder if Rove has bags under his eyes from all of the strain of his job. Trying to make Mr. Bush Jr. look good under these circumstances must be taxing (ha! ha!).
