Poll question: Unbiased view: Do you think Obama's trip is going well?
Edited on Mon Jul-21-08 05:32 PM by Drunken Irishman
Don't vote yes for the sake of voting yes. If you honestly feel it's not going as well as hoped, vote so and then tell me why. If you think it is, vote so and then tell me why. :D

15. All the whining from the Pukes is priceless.
That's when you know Obama is doing it right.

4. yes, better than expected. The maggots in the press are
squirming in confusion. McCain is sweating and setting himself up for another dozie of a gaffe in his frustration.

life is good.

5. Even more statesman-like
is how I would characterize Obama the last couple of days, even though the MSM keeps repeating the "just one gaffe and he's toast" line (hoping it'll happen for the ratings, I'd guess). And the level of reaction from soldier audiences really speaks volumes.

6. Pretty much like I'd hoped.
The trip is going well with no problems or gaffes from Obama. The PM in Iraq endorsed Obama's view before Bush had to yank back Maliki's chain, and everybody saw that for what it was.

McCain is punching himself in the junk just to get a camera to swing in his direction.

That's what I'd hoped; that's what's going down.

7. It's going very well. Him sinking baskets, Iraqi president agreeing to his plan, hopeful troops
I knew this would go well but it is doing VERY well.

9. Good ol' Rasmussen.
Obama expands his lead in Gallup, Rasmussen shows McCain closing the gap.

12. With the McCain campaign falling over it's onw shoelaces...
....it's icing on the cake.

Obama appears relaxed and focused with good reception abroad. Better than I expected.

14. I am ECSTATIC with it.
I would never have hoped for such a good trip. I was hoping nothing would happen to undermine his candidacy, but he simply threw down the tomahawk dunk on the GOP. FACIAL!!

(that's the basketball facial, not the one women get a SPA)

20. Best part: Not once did he have to have either of his backup "Supremes"
(Reed and Hagel) whisper in his ear or correct him, unlike McLost.

22. About as well as I expected ...
I think he's doing a fantastic job, but the "liberal" media is doing its part to bring him down. So for that reason alone I can't say the trip has exceeded my expectations.
