4. In an earlier thread a couple of weeks ago I posted the map and people could see how far they would
have to go to see their local McCain office.

With him finally opening an office in California he has about 14 offices opened (and some like the one in California) are actually opened by by the RNC

http://www.johnmccain.com/Informing/StateContact.htm

Go on the map and see if you can guess where you have to go

for example hit Arkansas you have to go to

wait for it

Colorado

5. Indiana is the home of Voter Disqualification and E-Voting
He doesn't need an office in such places.

7. That is true but that works only if it is close.
Indiana is very republican and if he has trouble there
than it looks bleak for him.

10. If what is close? In IN, the GOP decide who gets to vote and what votes get counted
I repeat, in such a case, why does McSame need an office there?

12. Indiana was way dirty in 2004
With many counties showing huge 3rd party votes for President ..... but if it is a landslide
"they" can't just flip that.

11. And I was just appointed my (rural) county's organizer for the Obama campaign.
Edited on Tue Jul-22-08 11:03 AM by Indiana_Dem
I'm here in Indiana and the Obama campaign is set up and ready to go. I've been called to organize in my small rural county. We are having a BBQ to recruit on Aug. 3rd.

On edit: The Repuke party is so strong around here they don't have to set up any offices.

13. Have a good B.B.Q. and good point about the repug party.
Although party offices are not the same as candidate offices.

The more votes you get in red areas he harder it will be for McCain to win the state.

BTW where is the BBQ?

14. Not sure exactly where & what time yet--
somewhere in Logansport. There are supposed to be recruiting BBQs for Obama all over on Aug. 3rd. I was told Obama's birthday is the next day on Aug. 4th! The area organizer thought that was cool because we could celebrate his birthday with the BBQ!

16. I live in Indiana.
And I'm here to tell you, I think McBush is in big trouble here. I frequently see Obama signs and bumper stickers around here, but only once or twice have I seen any for McCain. I have run into a few nutjobs who think Obama is a Muslim or some such crap, but other than that he seems to be pretty popular around here.

I figured it wasn't close, but a look at these numbers

makes me think you might be on to something.
