Poll question: Should every candidate for the nomination open their records?
Edited on Mon Jan-05-04 12:34 PM by Padraig18
For purposes of this question, 'records' covers all constituent correspondence, intra-office memos, 'work product' from staff meetings and the like, NOT merely matters that are 'recorded' puiblicly in the Congressional Record, it's state or local equivalent.

:)

2. One candidate should open all his records, and his Daddy's too
And that candidate would be a certain simian son of a bitch named Bush Jr.

3. "Well, since you put it THAT way, no."
9-8 vs. 'Yes, unconditionally.' :)

5. If it is an individual and not a "public person" and it is "personal
correspondence" the name would be "blacked out." This is truely no excuse.

6. You're quite sure about that?
I'd like to see reference to the pertinent VT law that says that that would in fact occur.
