3. Yep. He didn't keep a term paper for 23 years. OUTRAGE!
This is what you call scraping the bottom of the barrel, folks.

And the subject of the paper? Soviet disarmament. The pukes are obviously fantasizing he said, "As a fellow commie, all nukes r belong to Russia".

Laughable and pathetic.

Pathetic is an incredible understatement!

27. His Professor at the time, now retired and in Florida, said he got
an A, that none of those papers by he and the other students was controversial.... Prof. said he couldn't find a copy of it either, and he gave BO a recommendation on other pursuits...

6. haha. I love it.
I hope conservatives spend between now and november talking about stupid things like birth certificates and theses and at the last minute Obama just releases them and deflates their hopes when there's nothing there.

12. Did you get a load of what the MSNBC guy said about the Obama team's response?
Obama's press sec'y called the whole thing "a waste of oxygen", rightly so. The news guy was all "But many people are asking about it!" The "many people" turn out to be conservative bloggers and so-called "independent" critics of Obama. :eyes:

Meanwhile, the MSM ignores us when we implore them to look into McInsanes many, many negative issues. :banghead:

What do you think the chances are that Johnny Bottom Of His Class even wrote a goddamn paper in college?

19. I was wondering the same thing
Why don't we compare their college transcripts and see who comes out on top? Oh wait, questioning McCain on anything having to do with his military record is somehow smearing his service. Ugh...

26. or compare class standings.
for a while there Obama did not do very well in school and has admitted it, it's a matter of record.

but has anyone actually mouthed the words on air that McCain was something like 845 out of 850 in HIS class at the naval academy?

o no, that would hurt the poor little POW's feelings. that would be unfair!
the media is such big suck asses I can't believe it - the dems have gold mines like this to use and they'd rather be 'good mannered' and let the country go to shit than to play tough.

there are millions of lives at stake here, prim and propers, for god sakes. Take everything you have and BURY HIM! Bury the warmongering fucking bastard. put him out like a match - you have the arsenal to do it.

what's holding them back is this you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours - you keep our skeletons hidden and we yours. But there has to be a handful that is courageous enough to do it.

15. Seiously, who keeps college papers?
Mine were even written on computers and I don't have copies of all of them. It is much more difficult to keep documents that are not electronic.

Besides, the prof even said that it was an analysis of decision making, not a position paper. The wingers are seriously losing their grip on what's important.

His professor says the thesis was excellent. He got an A

From First Read:
So we turned for answers to the former professor who graded the now-elusive paper. His former professor, Michael Baron, recalled in an interview with NBC News that Obama easily aced the year-long class. Baron described the paper as a “thesis” or “senior thesis” in several interviews, and said that Obama spent a year working on it. Baron recalls that the topic was nuclear negotiations with the Soviet Union.

“My recollection is that the paper was an analysis of the evolution of the arms reduction negotiations between the Soviet Union and the United States,” Baron said in an e-mail. “At that time, a hot topic in foreign policy circles was finding a way in which each country could safely reduce the large arsenal of nuclear weapons pointed at the other … For U.S. policy makers in both political parties, the aim was not disarmament, but achieving deep reductions in the Soviet nuclear arsenal and keeping a substantial and permanent American advantage. As I remember it, the paper was about those negotiations, their tactics and chances for success. Barack got an A.”

Baron said that, even if he could find a copy of the paper, it would likely disappoint Obama’s critics. “The course was not a polemical course, it was a course in decision making and how decisions got made,” he said. “None of the papers in the class were controversial.”

Oh the horror, someone who defended a position other than "nuke those evil Russkis into oblivion!"

No way with modern computers to install them and download their contents. How awful!

This paper was probably not even computer generated. What a tragedy! Life is over!

29. Who keeps old term papers?
I may have my Master's Thesis around somewhere but anything from undergraduate years is long gone and long forgotten.

It may be policy for schools to keep copies of Master's theses and Ph.D. dissertations but undergraduate work? I've never heard of such a thing. The storage on that kind of stuff would be impossible to maintain for that long.
