I'm as sick of hearing about surge, surge, surge as I was sick of 911911911 from the Ghoul. These Republicans get an idea in their heads and there's just no shifting it.
"It's 5 o'clock, gotta watch Wapner. Judge Wapner comes on at 5 o'clock." Not quite the same of course, Rainman did have some skills and talents after all.
These Republicons like to simplify everything to black/white, or a single, divisive issue. They pander to the stupid, as the filthy rich are already in their pocket.
I imagine putting 35,000 soldiers (or policemen) into a city should certainly reduce crime and violence, but why aren't the nearly five million Iraqi people in refugee status in other countries returning?
