MSM is in full McCain spin mode today.
Everywere I turn its some right wing asshole spewing Rove like talking points.

If there is a bigger piece of shit in the MSM than David Brooks I don't know who it is.

He actually thought the online attach add that was comparing Obama to Moses was funny.

That add is nothing more than a subtle way of scaring the rapture right into voting for McCain.

Another add I saw was trying to paint Obama as the anti-christ.

My frigging blood pressure is going up.

1. I just watched George S, and it was pretty good (I thought).
I didn't see so much spin for McCain as I've seen all week. Even George Will admitted that Gallup's polling is probably overstated for McCain. I actually feel better for having watched it.

2. Saw that too when I first woke up. My jaw was on the floor.
George Will, telling the truth? :wow:

5. I think I had the same reaction!
I really think I did a classic double take as I was frying my eggs - "that CAN'T be George Will!" But hey, there he was . . .

3. i used to get bummed by my roommates choice of tv entertainment
he watches bang- bang shoot em ups while i'm addicted to the news. these days i have given over control of the remote. it is so much easier to listen to his stories than a "news " network. easier on my brain & my heart... msm sucks!!!!

4. Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Moses ads
Is this the best the Repubs can do?

The Repubs are DESPERATE to distract people from this simple question: Are you better off today than you were 8 years ago?

If you are, then vote McCain. McCain will continue the same old, same old Republican economic policies.

If you are not, then vote Obama.

From the posts I am writing, I realize I am a fighter. I want the Dems to be fighters too, not stupid ones who fall into Repub traps, but smart ones.

It should be easy because the Repubs of today have made a bigger mess of this country than Herbert Hoover did.

6. Try to relax. It's going to be this way 24/7 through election day and
beyond if Obama is elected.

I think we're headed for our third stolen presidential election; but if we manage to pull it off, the corporate press will try to "Carterize" Obama.
He and the Democrats will be blamed for the coming Depression, and I fear the public will be just as dumb as it was when it blamed Carter for an inflationary recession which had started before he was even sworn in. Gerald Ford wasn't wearing those silly WIN (Wip Inflation Now) buttons for nothing.

9. Its M$M's intent to keep this contest just within, or outside the margins of error...
It'll be bouncing round one week Obama, one week McCain; but seldom if any journalistic coverage either way
