The impossibility of doing a spoof McCain ad like the one with Paris and Britney

First of all, you would have to do a LOT of audio embellishment in order for it to sound credible for a large crowd to be cheering "McCain" . Yes, it could be done with lots of layering, filters and other audio embellishments.

Secondly, what two movie stars still alive could be used as a comparison to Paris and Britney? Andy Williams and Bea Arthur? Jerry Lewis or Wayne Newton?

And speaking of music to use in the ad, would people understand Andy Williams or Wayne Newton music? Should the McCain campaign see if Pat Boone can so a theme song?

Use the audio from an actual rally where like three people are shouting "McCain".

Not impossible at all. USing the reality to parody the ad would put the absurdity of that piece of crap front and center.

Bloomberg news reported a few days ago that both camps agree this election will be won/lost by women 54 and older. I'm in my 60's. I don't want the fucking old fart as president BUT I wouldn't fool around with the "old" part because it would cause a backlash. For some reason a bunch of my generation love to go to Vegas and see Newton, etc. (jesus, I would rather go watch an embalming!). But that's the truth about them. You can do him with 3 people in the crowd; or the supermarket where he needed notecards to talk about eggs and everything on the shelf collapsed, etc. But stay away from "old" images, people and old music. You are still going to have an up hill climb getting the youth out---Obama was hot on the college campus LAST year and you know how kids hate something that is so "last year". Encourage the oldies or you definitely are going to be "hailing the new chief" McCain!! Got it???
