McCain stalls in Gallup poll
McCain's "surge" stalled before it really got started:

The latest Gallup Poll Daily tracking update on registered voters' presidential preferences shows Barack Obama with a modest four percentage point advantage over John McCain, 47% to 43%.

3. We will see if the News pundit breathlessly reports this poll.....
and what the "theory" will be for McCain's stall.

I'm sure they will do a good job shoveling more propaganda at us.....since that is what they are paid to do.

Gramps can't crack 45%...and that's fatal. Even worse, He can't keep Obama's from going under 45%.

the gap is always a few points wider with Barr and Nader. Why don't they include the candidates that will be on the ballot?

17. THE SURGE was so last week. This week it's OFFSHORE DRIlLING WILL SOLVE ALL OUR PROBLEMS
