Here's the thing about Clark's "insult" of McCain...

You all remember the "Just because you get shot down in a jet fighter doesn't qualify you as Commander in Chief...."

Well, I've been thinking about that. Clark was fed that line by the interviewer -

I'm looking for that piece of tape - the MSM just played Clark repeating the question in agreement.

Was it Russert?? I don't think he got his due as a VP potential. Maybe Obama is saving him....I hope.

Clark should be VP. He fits the "partners" theme that Obama was using to describe his wish for a running mate.

Talk about the two smartest guys in the room.
