WHERE IS VICKI ISEMAN?

She went away and no one has ever heard from her. How much was she paid to disappear? McCain better not utter a word about John Edwards. He better not even think a bad thought. People in glass houses should not throw stones. That would be the quickest issuance of karma in the world because journalist would FIND HER and investigate whether or not she received a payoff.

1. He's already issued a "No Comment", i hear.
And you bring up a GREAT point -- I've been thinking about him cheating on his FIRST wife. It's entirely likely he cheated on Cindy, too, and so much for him being young and stupid and the other reasons he gave for breaking up his first marriage.

2. If I recall, didn't McCain leak this info on himself during the primary?
I may be wrong, but I think he did.

6. I don't believe he did/
The affair aspect was secondary to the big story, special favors for her in her capacity as a lobbyist. I don't think he leaked that.

5. Her company decided to put her bio back on the website

Since the media walked away so quickly, I guess her company decided advertising her professional services was not a bad thing anymore.

A reporter should email her and ask for comment.

13. Ridiculous. These people put so much effort into investigating the private affair of someone who
isn't even running anymore, but not this? A simple denial is okay? McCain denied it so that means the allegation is false? Why haven't we heard from Iseman? The media better get on top of this before some blogger breaks this wide open.

12. Is She Hiding - or Is She Being Hid?
Either way, if the ENQUIRER wanted to go after Edwards, I would think Iseman would be an even BIGGER story, because it's an open secret that McSameAsBush is a notorious skirt-chaser.

I'll be waiting.

Sorta.

15. Right. McCain has a HISTORY of cheating. He cheated on his first wife with Cindy.
Why is it so inconceivable that this jerk would not do it again? And with a younger, blonder version of Cindy McCain? Even his own people saw signs and were worried. That's enough for any investigative journalist to open a file and start getting to work.

do the dirty work and pay this woman to speak, we could bring down McDouchebag--we need our own Roger Stone-type of bad character. But nooo...

19. I don't think she'd do it, for any price.
Edited on Fri Aug-08-08 06:13 PM by americanstranger
First off, she and McCain were (allegedly) romantically linked. Unless she's a total business whore, she probably has feelings for Gramps and wouldn't want to hurt him.

Second, she's a lobbyist on the GOP side of the street. If she dropped a dime on McCain, she'd never, ever see another lobbyist gig in her lifetime. A girl's gotta eat, y'know.

21. It really fucking pissed me off
how on Hardball, Mike Barnicle kept saying "What is the over/under before Obama is asked if he's had an affair?" with NO mention of how this Vikki Iseman shit quickly sprung up and went away? Why, bc Obama is young and attractive, he is more likely to have an affair than McCain?

22. No, because they love St. John, and St. John's affairs are his business, because
St. John was a POW and suffered for his country, and St. John deserves to be a little randy, and we'll all just wink and turn our heads.

25. Ridiculous! Everyone knows that Republicans never commit adultery!!
Except for Reagan, the first (and so far, only) President who was ever divorced. Because he was fucking Nancy while still married to Jane. And Newt, who was on his third wife while accusing Clinton of adultery. And Livingston who was supposed to replace Newt. And Henry Hyde, who had a "youthful indescretion" in his mid 40's. And Mush Limpballs, who has been married three times (at least in the legal sense, if not in the biblical sense) And Wide Stance Larry, the tapdancing queen of the Minneapolis Airport. And Diaper Davy Vitters. And Pastor Ted. And Pastor Jimmy Swaggart. And oh yeah...... John Sidney Motherfucking McCain.

But none of that counts.
