No candidates, no congress, olympics, DU will devolve into personal in-fighting this week.

There's nothing to discuss. Nothing is going to happen this week. Most reporters are off with their families. The C crew is on call. It's coast time.

It would be healthy for everyone to grab a good hot summer novel and take a little break from the board. Let skinner play with the baby and just rest it a bit.

We'll all be back in full frenzy for the announcement and the convention.

I think we're already at the point of diminishing returns. This was a smart week for Edwards to come clean.

Let's back away slowly from the keyboard and remember that summer's awastin'.
