7. Every small donation helps. Even ten dollars. There is too much at stake here.
If Obama doesn't get elected we will be at the mercy of people like Lieberman and Cheney for years to come.

The energy of the support is as important as the actual amount.

That somebody cares about this election enough to send in 25 cents if that's all they can afford.

9. I'm doing $50 a month. I've never donated more than $100 total
in any election cycle before. Unfortunately I put of my July donation until the last minute and did it over the phone when the Obama campaign called me.

So now I feel guilty about not doing it through DU. But the young lady who called me was so nice that I just couldn't say no.

Oh well. I'll donate through DU this month.
