20. Can you afford $20.00?
For that price, you can register a domain name and the first two months of basic, virtual hosting @ GoDaddy or a comparable company.

You can't hotlink your image as far as I know but for Interwebs infamy, you could get a free account and host that ascii gif @ YTMND.
