He BEGAN the interview making fun of Obama's 40-page response to his book, talking about how no one would be able to say anything against Obama and that now instead of the election we are talking about him and his book (I know he was overwrought) :sarcasm:

Last caller asking about the Georgia attack - and Brzezinski's role re advising Obama- Corsi says that as one of Obama's advisors, we would have more N. American invasions.

I should have taken notes, but the first 45 minutes of the interview I was commuting from work. Corsi trashed Obama all the way back to his being 6 years old and attending "muslim" schools, how as he grew up he was abandoned by his father, his mom "shipped" him off to Hawaii so that she could write her dissertation, his grandfather had several wives, and questionable is which one is truly O's grandmother; how he got involved in drugs growing up, which continued into college at elite schools with no explanation of how these elite educations were paid for, on and on......disgusting. When a caller asked him about "Are we now going to hold against a Presidential candidate something that happened to him when he was 6 years old, and something over which he would have had no control?" Corsi: "Those were very formative years between 6-9.I went to Catholic school and still have my catechism, it made such a lasting impression on me." Someone asked him about the voluminous footnotes to his book, stating that the first 9 are referencing his OWN work. He explained that he was not citing himself but rather providing a roadmap so that someone could document what he was saying, and that the only place he did this was in the introduction to the book, he thinks.

He has somehow twisted around his point of view about the 9/11 truthers and the conspiracy about the Twin Towers. Says that a statement will be forthcoming.

What really pisses me off about ALL this is that ppl will hear bits and pieces and accept it as gospel. Corsi needs to be exposed! I haven't read O's response, but his website link to reporting this smear is great. Just pop in your zip code and several newspaper links will appear on your screen for you to de/select and write a "letter to the editor" re Corsi's swiftboat attack and asking about when is the media going to start doing their job.

I'm the one that called him a 9/11 truther, a freeper and asked him why he hadn't written a book about mccain if he's so damned freaking independent.

our own DUers got on the radio LIVE w/Corsi and pissed him off! Way to go!!!!! It was the only time he lost his cool during the entire 2 hours! You are awesome, blogslut!

I saw part of this on the screen crawl while I was working out at the gym tonight. Somebody owned Corsi. Was that you? They asked him how far back it was reasonable to go - six years old, four years old? Corsi got all flustered.

oin this board who has brought this up. I am a LIHOP/MIHOP person, and people putting down another because of their 'truther" beliefs, always confuses the issue for me. Anyone who questions the official "coincidence theories" surrounding 9/11 is of interest to me. Doesn't mean I am going to agree on anything else, but people can be a mixed bag. Like the Enquirer... so trashy, yet sometimes, so right.

But I would like to know exactly who he's supporting. Since he obviously hates all Democrats and most Republicans. Who does he support for President? His ugly assed goat raping self?

He got effectively dressed down by Media Matters and King himself.

Their last update is August 12, so I don't know if they're slow or if they'll post the call-in portion at all.
