Barack Obama's Vice President Short List. Here is the scoop.
There is no scoop!

Okay, who has the list?
Not the banter, just Obama's list!

Remember the big FAKE production Bush and Cheney made about selecting the VP?
The interviews, the mentions, the vetting, all the headlines for days and days---
Cheney on parade as they worked in the background to turn Dick into a Wyoming resident.

Meanwhile, who has the list?

2. Why is there so little "news" on this front?
Oh yeah, there is blogosphere banter, but nothing substantive.

5. Certainly the best way to conduct the selection!
We should have seen the Bush/Cheney 2000 FAKERY for the con job it was!

And we should have seen it as a prelude to the FAKERY to follow!!!!

# 1st Wesley Clark, Depth = 32.4329

Depth Chart:

A candidate's depth is the sum of the vote count grouped by rank, divided by rank number.

For example, a candidate with 3 1st place votes, 5 2nd place votes, 8 3rd place votes, and 3 4th place votes scores a depth of 8.9167 based on the calculation (3/1) + (5/2) + (8/3) + (3/4).

The depth score is used to assign colors and sort the display. Most importantly, the depth score is used to break ties for candidates having the same number of first place votes.

Roll mouse over segments to see vote totals by rank.

Irving Chart:

Candidates are sorted left to right by the total number of votes accumulated each round.

The 1st Round of votes is displayed in a single row at the bottom of the chart. Successive rounds are displayed as paired rows.

The bottom row of the pair shows votes carried and transferred from previous rounds. The top row of the pair shows the number of 1st place votes accumulated by each remaining candidate.

If no candidate receives more than 50% in a round, the candidate receiving the fewest votes that round is eliminated.

Voters who supported the defeated candidate will have their votes transferred to their next choice still in the running. If no lower-ranked choice was expressed, or no eligible candidates remain, the voter's preference is shown as unallocated.

Roll mouse over segments for details.
