It seems a lot of people here are getting bored.....
hoping for a SHOCKING VP who will change the game completely!

It isn't very surprising at a time like this. Obama was on vacation for a week. His poll numbers are slipping. The days are hot and long. There really isn't much going on.

Obama still has a few months until the election. There is no need for a game changer at this time.

I'm posting this because I believe Obama's VP will NOT be a big surprise like so many are anticipating and that is a good thing. The VP is someone who will be bashed by the right for the next few months. Personally, I much rather play it safe at this point. There is absolutely no need for a risky VP choice.

I know it is really easy to get caught up in all the crazy speculation, it has been really boring recently, but don't get too hyped up.

Obama will pick someone like Joe Biden. It won't be a huge shocker and I hope people won't be disappointed.

Even if it is someone unexpected, it won't be a huge game changing shocker like some people are hoping for.

McCain is in panic mode, not us. :)

Bottom line: Don't get hyped, Obama will play it safe.
