5. oops. The very opening words say
"In 2008 America Will Choose It Is Next President"

Actually, it says "It's Next President", but eye tee apostrophe ess means it is, not the possessive.

7. Actually, it's "its"
"In 2008 America Will Choose Its Next President". No apostrophe in the possessive, the apostrophe is only there when it means "it is."

Misuse of its and it's makes me a little crazy.

The apostrophe is there. It's pretty bad when something like that gets through a supposedly professional production.
