1. Who are the 37% knuckleheads who think Bush is doing a good
job? Ohio has a huge unemployment rate.....what will it take to prove to people that the Republicans have ruined the economy?

Oh, let's all drill for oil in the state parks :eyes:. Great idea :sarcasm:.

I think Obama will be spending a lot of time in Ohio before November.

4. boarder line personality
disorder folks...for them its not about what is best..its about going against the grain, arguing, and just flat out winning.

It is all one big football game.

3. With Blackwell on the unemployment line
I'm a lot less concerned about voting "irregularities" popping up again. I think, and hope, that Ohio has a really good chance of turning blue.

7. At least he doesn't control the positions of the voting
this time around, running a pac is pretty much unemployment for a politician. It's what they do while they try to rehab their image.

12. No, but Matt Damschroeder still does
and we know he withheld machines for the 2004 election. Also combined precincts into Mega precincts, then put them in the smallest buildings you can imagine so everyone had to wait outside in the cold rain to vote....for hours...and hours

You don't have to have access to the machines to mes up elections. Just access to the voters themselves, either physically, through the mail or phone, or, as described above.

5. Given the bad economy in Ohio, I just find it hard to believe there's even
a contest there.

10. I'm not even buying it is that much

Just with that Zobgy poll, Obama is moving in the right direction in this poll.

It's not a must-win, either. He could win VA or and CO in addition to NM and IA.

11. Here's why he's "Closing the Gap" and not "winning"
http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2004/pages/results/states/OH/P/00/map.html

Too much stupid, not enough thinking. Many counties in that sea of red were affected by factory closings and job loss. Doesn't matter. God/Guns/Gays/'Bortion. That's all that matters. Northeast/East/Columbus Ohio cannot carry this state all by it's lonesome.
