Rednecks For Obama Hit Denver

They're "Rednecks for Obama" and they're proud of it.

Tony Veissman and Les Spencer like to hunt and fish. They also like Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.

The buddies drove from Rolla, Missouri, to the Democratic Convention in Denver to show their support for the Illinois senator. Veissman and Spencer stood outside the Pepsi Center with a banner reading "Rednecks for Obama."

Veissman is a retired Missouri state trooper and says Obama is "bright." He adds they're "trying to get all the rednecks to vote for Obama."
