LET'S THROW MCCAIN A VERY PUBLIC 73rd BIRTHDAY PARTY NEXT FRIDAY!
Edited on Tue Aug-26-08 03:48 PM by jenmito
It'll be the day he tries to step on Obama's bounce by announcing his VP choice. We should grab some attention back by wishing him a happy, healthy 72nd birthday party, complete with a big old "Katrina Cake" like he had with Bush during Katrina.

1. Great idea!
Even the idea of having a birthday cake for him sounds good to me. Anything to accentuate the age factor.

Maybe they should give McCain 7 new doormats, too, for their 7 homes.

2. Who delivers birthday cakes?
A lovely white cake (can't have anything other than white, can we, with McPow?) with 72 candels, Remember Katrina, McPOW, 7 houses, etc. I know it's a waste of money on the wreckage of an old man, but it would be kind of nifty to see him inundated with tens of thousands of cakes with these reminders on it.

6. The Obama campaign can-in a press conference!
It would be funny while getting the message out. And maybe some gift for "the man who already has everything money can buy."

Last night he was on Leno joking about it. But if you think it will help, go for it.

7. No, but if the DEMS. held a press conference for the occassion, it would
take the focus away from McCain choosing his running mate that day, too, and we can make a joke out it while we're at it.
