9. It's not, it's Federal style
It was a derivative of Georgian Neoclassical used early in American history and chosen by the Founding Fathers as the style in which to construct our federal institutions, in order to associate our new country with the democratic ideals of the ancient Greek and Roman republics.

11. You're welcome...
Although, I could be wrong. I can't really see the details of the set - It MIGHT be Greek Revival, the architectural style following Federal style. It's a bit more ornate. Either way, the set is obviously meant to invoke the Founding Fathers and the early days of America, when the world bore witness to the birth of a new kind of government. All those pundits calling it "imperialist" or likening it to a Greek temple are doing my head in - it's as purely American a style as you can get.

5. They're there. It's just less obvious because of the videos, flags, etc.

People were looking at the set before it was completed.
