1. I feel good about this

But I felt the same way after Kerry gave his speech in 2004 and then we lost.

Gore and Kerry are two of my political heroes, but they can't hold a candle to Obama's speech making prowess and the times have indeed focused to give Obama this chance.

That said, I still remember 2004 and 2000, two 'sure wins', so I thought. And we saw how those turned out.

Not trying to be negative, but I am.

There is no question that we have witnessed greatness for this generation. Media witnesses don't know what to make of it and seem in shock that they can't swoon as that would rile their Corporate masters and blind wingers.
