The reTHUGs have nothing and they will try everything to steal this election again.

They will lie, cheat, intimidate, purge, suppress, inconvenience, and try to steal it.

We must GUARANTEE record voter registration and record voter turnout by working for it harder than ever.

I'll believe we've really won it after President Obama's swearing in on 1/20/2009.

One more point: I learned recently that I had been purged from San Diego's registered voter list and I don't know why, because I have an absolutely pristine record and received my primary packet just fine.

I most strongly urge EVERY DEMOCRAT to go check their voter registration either on line or by calling their registrar of voters to confirm valid registration well before registration deadline... and make sure your registration is current and valid well before the registration deadline.

As for me, I'm going in person to the Office of the Registrar of Voters with my passport and all other documentation I can think of to re-register in person.

San Diegans also need to know that their new Registrar of Voters is a former Diebold rep and the outside contractor being used to "verify" voter registrations is ChoicePoint, of Florida 2000 infamy.

Take nothing for granted!
