We have just seen a speech from someone who has the HUNGER to be President
Remember seeing Al Gore at the Democratic National Convention in 2000? How about John Kerry at the 2004 convention? Did their speeches leave you with a funny feeling that they weren't trying that hard?
I didn't get that feeling listening to Barack Obama tonight.
This is a man who actually has the hunger I've been wanting to see in someone who wants to set foot in the Oval Office.
I saw that hunger in Howard Dean back in 2004. It inspired and motivated me. And I'm feeling a little of that inspiration tonight after hearing Obama accept his party's nomination.
