What a time to be alive...in this country...
An historic moment, like none in my 64 years...

To hear such a man speak truth to power...

To see him lead the way, around that unknown, scary corner into the future...

I am not afraid of what lies ahead now, for I see the way so clearly.

I struggle to find the words that truly express my joy and my hope tonight.

I am ready to take up this cause for the country that I hold dear!


Will you join me?


Come, take my hand, and let us travel together to take back our White House!

I forgot how depressed I have been for eight years, me and the country both. I thought I was going to die in a foreign country, not the old republic I grew up in. I didn't want to die in a country that i couldn't recognize. I'll take your hand, honey. I am so happy tonight. he's going to win and we have a chance. at last.

17. I'm 54, old enough to remember John F. Kennedy
and the affection for him and the feeling of hopefulness during his administration. I feel that the time has cycled round for a similar moment in history, where we'll be a nation of hope and enthusiasm for service. Maybe that movement forward that we had in the 60s and early 70s has come to us again. That's what I'm hopting.
