What will Joe Biden find in the basement of the VP residence?
Remember how Cheney was building some sort of crazy thing in the basement of the Naval Observatory (the VP residence)?

There was a lot of blasting and a cloak of secrecy about what the hell was going on there.

So what do you think Joe Biden is going to find when he takes occupancy?

A tunnel? A hospital? A missile silo?
