Not me! It isn't like any of them will hurt our chances.

1. Palin might.
She's the only one that worries me--because she'll fire up the base.

14. I can't help thinking that the media would instantly start talking about her
in terms of being a "token pick" to siphon off angry female Hillary supporters.

If they're really good (and they won't be), the comparisons to Mondale/Ferraro will be made.

12. I agree the media are no longer journalists, but you can't tell me that
you would expect them not to follow this story?

7. Palin's under investigation for abuse of power.
Under investigation . . . abuse of power . . . fitting, isn't it?

Any woman (especially disgruntled PUMAs) that votes Republican because of this is a MORON. Chickens for Colonel Sanders, anyone?

11. Indeed...
...we had a historic nomination, with a fantastic speech, and all I see on this site are pages and pages of speculation on who McGrumpy picks, as if that ISN'T what his campaign staff wants. They want nothing so much as to divert from Obamas nomination with McGrumpy VP speculation.

We'll find out, and then we can sharpen our knives...
