That was John McCain's comment on the pick of Dan Quayle in 1988. http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/John_McCain

So, the question for McCain is did he pick Palin just for her youth and relative good looks? Is this pick more about playing politics and getting elected and less about governing the country?
