Number who say Kerry didn't earn medals DROPPING LIKE A ROCK

Almost half in a poll taken this week say they think the president's campaign is behind the ads that try to undercut Kerry's medals for heroism while just over a third think the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth is an independent group, the National Annenberg Election Survey found.

The public's belief that Kerry did not earn his medals grew to 30 percent when the attack ads got widespread publicity on cable news networks. But that number has dropped to 24 percent now.

That 24 percent is the hardcore, they'd believe Kerry was Satan (and they do.)

4. After getting laid off...

I have a job where I talk to people every day. Most Americans are very intelligent when it suits their interests. I haven't talked to an idiot yet, which is shattering my view that Americans are stupid. Too bad many Americans feel disconnected with their government and politics, or we'd be playing a whole different ball game.
