Andrea Mitchell: Biden vs. Palin reminds me of Lazio vs. Hillary in NYS Senate debate
when Lazio crossed over to Hillary's space asking her to sign a pledge...Andrea is disgusting and worse than a syphilitic parrot!

1. Well, if Palin can't go
toe to toe with Biden how should we expect her to go toe to toe with Assad, or Amadinejhad? This "Don't be mean because she's a girl" stuff is tiresome.

5. I quite agree.
Anyone who needs to be handled with kid gloves shouldn't be anywhere NEAR the White House!

9. I can't remember of the right wing media, talk shows, or slime merchants ever going easy on Hillary
just because she's a girl! Why should we?

As chimpsrsmarter already pointed out, Biden is no Lazio. Lazio was one of the dumbest candidates for any office ever.

Everybody expects Biden to bully this woman, but they're forgetting how charming Biden can be. He'll be nice to Palin in the debates, but as far as any policy talk, he'll look right past her and attack McCain/Bush.

He won't need to be mean to Palin to score points in a debate. All he needs to do is keep reminding people of his resume, not even mentioning hers - mainly because there's really nothing to mention.

Mayor of a town of 6,400? Two-year governor? Fucking laughable.

Is she going to be McCain's attack dog? Doubt it. That means McCain will need to do the attacking himself. And in turn, that will raise questions about how much McCain is going to be willing to delegate to the inexperienced woman he added to his ticket.

This is an enormous blunder by McCain, borne of political expedience. Palin will reveal herself to be in over her head on Day One.

Dan Quayle with mammaries, if you will.
