1. Please don't worry. She is an expert on oil drilling and killing baby wolves.
We don't need anything else from a potential President.

Who do they think they are thinking that women will flock to the polls and vote for the GOP because of this rightwing bimbo! I'm a womam and I find that women generally are most critical on their own sex!

8. Aside from Ahnold, it's the perfect Republican ticket.
Warmonger who dies in office, leaving it to Fundies/Rapturists.

A teacher of mine once said that this is all about the conflict between those who want to run the world and those who just want to live in it..

16. How can McSame criticize Obama's readiness by choosing someone like Palin?
She's younger than Obama, has no federal experience, is a one term Governor of a small state.

And McSame said he would make a non-political decision on someone ready to take over the country, NOT one based on politics.

Choosing Palin is an obvious decision to appeal to a conservative anti-abortion base, and an attempt to insult Clinton supporters who McCain beleives see any woman as better than no woman.

In some ways it is a decent choice for McCain, but it weakens his major complaint about Obama? Is he experienced enough? Is he ready to lead?

McCain's own appointment as VP show he doesn't care about that for the most important appointment he has made thus far esepcially considering McCain's own age.

This weakens McCain's overall strategy considerably. He's banking on woman simply voting for a woman. I would have thought Hutchison would have been a stronger candidate for him if he wanted a woman. Actually, pretty dumb thinking about.
