One of the arguments that I suspect taht will be coming from the McCain camp is to counter one of the reasons that some women choose to have an abortion, which is that is the spectre of life-long physical disability for the child. Gov. Palin whoever did bring the child into the world, she will argue that her decision was based upon her belief that life=life whether it's a result of non disjunction trisonomy or not. I don't think the Obama campaign should make a refuation of her personal story a part of the campaign stump. But if this question comes up in a debate, how should it be handled by Joe? Here's one potential response:
"Firstly Gov. Palin, I wish you the best in providing the best life that you can for your child, and you made a choice, and I whorehardly respect that right for you to make the choice that you did , but that is at the heart of this debate, you had a decision, no outdies entity told you what to do, you made a decision based upon your values for you, the question is, do other women deserve that same choice. Will this been seen as too personal? Would it just be better to say in general that the 'Women will choose whether they want that choice or not based upon their votes in this election, we are offering them that choice, and they will decide based on their own values, which may be separate than your own', thoughts?
