1. You have to pity the pro-GOP pundits
Trying to sell the GOP ticket this year is probably harder than trying to sell new Hummers in the Rust Belt with gas prices above $4 per gallon.

3. A sign of deep desperation in my opinion
It's all symbolism for the Republicans and no substance. McCain falls back and pulls out the POW card when he can't come up with any explanations of substance. Now, they're going to nominate a woman who has nothing of value to say on feminist or women's issues, but is just an example of the gender card.

4. I think it's disgusting that these people have such a low
opinion of women to think they would vote for someone solely based on gender.

If I was a female I would be totally offended.
