Salt Lake County has about a million people and the mayor here is Peter Carroon, who happens to be Howard Dean's cousin.



And a Democrat, of course. ;)

Salt Lake City has its own mayor, as does Salt Lake County.

6. Ralph Becker > Rocky, IMO.
He isn't nearly as combative and outspoken, but he's more liberal on social issues and is doing a great job as mayor.
